Mario Kart Racing at the Professional Pensions Spring Show
As Manchester was getting ready to become a football party venue for the UEFA Cup Final on 14 May, we were already half way through the new two day Professional Pensions Spring Show at Manchester Central.
On the second day of the show, our MD, Chris Stanley, was on the Administration Panel participating in the lively debates about People, Processes and Technology.
Meanwhile, visitors to our stand enjoyed racing on Wii Mario Kart with a competition for the fastest lap time. It soon became clear that some of our stand team found the game highly addictive (picture top left). The non-drivers amongst the players didn't appear to have any disadvantages and a few people ended up racing their cars through the spectators (within the game that is!).
Hayley from Kim Gubler Consulting (picture right) was determined to win and recorded the fastest laptime in an impressive 26 seconds. We caught up with Hayley after the show in London to present her with her prize, an iPod.
Our congratulations as well to Pip Sanford from BranWell Ford (picture left) who also won an iPod in our business card draw on the first day of the show. We are assured it is being put to good use at the gym.
We had great fun at the show in Manchester and especially enjoyed testing and warming up the equipment!
Thank you to everyone who visited us at our stand - whether it was to play, spectate or relax and have a chat.
