Project management
We can take full project management responsibility or play an advisory role. We agree clear and realistic objectives, deliverables and plans with all stakeholders, coupled with good communications and strong management. Our experience enables us to challenge unrealistic estimates and uncover potential underperformance at an early stage.
Change management
Stakeholders need to buy in to change and feel part of it. It can be a worrying time as old roles disappear and new skills are needed. We can also take specific responsibility for change management in larger projects, gathering opinion, running change workshops and ensuring good project communications.
Workstream management
You may find you have most of the skills and resource to tackle a project, but have a specific gap, e.g. no-one who can take on calculation specification. Go Pensions can take on that work and then train your staff so that they can carry out those tasks in the future.
System implementation
We can take on all aspects of system implementation, including administration, pensioner payroll, pension fund accounts, document imaging and workflow systems. Our services can include any or all of project and change management, specification, testing, user training, procedures design and documentation. We apply rigorous testing procedures to ensure the integrity of the systems.
Process design and re-engineering
Change projects always involve new or modified processes. An extreme example is outsourcing, where a whole new set of processes is needed for dealing with the TPA.
If the objective is higher levels of automation, old manual processes will need to be modified or dropped completely. We can help establish new processes to ensure administration is carried out efficiently, consistently and accurately. We work with staff to ensure the transition to the new system is smooth and seamless.
