Service delivery strategy
This defines the vision for pension services in the future. It identifies approaches to meet business needs and key stakeholder expectations. It will also establish a change programme to deliver the vision.


Pensions technology strategy
Technology plays a major part in service delivery. Increasing levels of automation make it ever more important
 to integrate pension systems with payroll, HR and other business systems. This exercise assesses all IT
components needed for service delivery. It identifies changes and new components required and outlines a
programme to implement them.


Sourcing strategy
This defines appropriate service requirements and recommends whether to carry them out in-house or to outsource. It can focus on any aspect of administration from the whole work of the department to a single element such as pensions payroll.


Organisation design
This exercise recommends an organisational structure to best deliver the service delivery, sourcing and
technology strategies.


Reviews

Reviews are carried out by consultants with experience of many different pension schemes. Each review follows a structured process:

Discovery – obtaining the facts through interviews and analysing relevant material.
Analysis – assessment of the issues as they relate to your situation.
